I like how crispy and crunchy these get, especially if dried/spread in a very thin layer.
Will not go into details why all of these ingredients are so so soooooooooo goooood for you. Let’s just do it:
INGREDIENTS:
1 Banana
2 Carrots
3 Parsnips
4 Apples
55 Prunes
and a big cup of Chia seeds
(all the above source as organic and raw, if you do care about your own longevity and well-being)
I soak the prunes for a couple of hours and rinse well before cracker making.
Tools :
Dehydrator (Excalibur)
Blender or food processor
Bowl, knife, spatula

Cut apples, carrots, and parsnip into smaller bits and throw in a blender ( or food processor). I use my Vitamix. Add 50 ml of water if you must for an easier blending experience. Run the blender, and chop the ingredients into smaller bits. Add prunes and seeds and blend again until you like the ‘graininess’ of the mix. I like to see a small bit of prunes still intact, so stop my blender at that point.
Place the ‘cracker mass’ on the silicon sheet of dehydrator tray in a thin layer.
Place the trays in dehydrator,
I set mine on 115°F and approximately 6-8 hours of time.
Dehydrate until you like the crunchiness.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
