Luckily sweets I occasionally ‘crave’ are quite harmless…
As I mentioned on this blog previously – I love to create my own crispy snacks. So much so that I wrote a whole funky book about them. Sharing with the whole wide (English-speaking) world the recipes for crackers, which are based mostly on pulp (leftovers from juicing) dried in my dehydrator, all tweaked to my tastebud’s impromptu inspiration. https://getbook.at/MADaboutCRACKERS

Other than that I often nibble on dates ( fresh or dried, depends what is available)
DIY Frozen blended fruit/thick smoothies are my go-to when I crave ‘frozen goodies’. I often enhance my favorite smoothies with bee pollen, a bit of Lyon mane, Chaga, or dried healing herbs (especially when I travel and don’t have my fresh wild edible greens juice in the morning). For the extra crunchy topping- I sprinkle it with chia seeds, sesame, shredded coconut, etc)
Do I like commercially sold snacks? Hmmm- as Christmas is approaching at the speed of light from a shooting star- I will confess and let you all sneak into ‘dirty’ secrets of my pantry:
