“WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME? How to protect, heal and nurture your body through motherhood”

Through the pages of this book shines her passion and knowledge coming from experience… Emma feels it is her calling to help and spread the message about pelvic health and the well-being of mothers, their healing, and exercise. She is a PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST ( former sports physiotherapist).
She feels so strongly that all women should be better guided and rehabilitated during and after pregnancy.
I feel this book is a compilation of the best information for women around pelvic health that there is.
If you can’t physically meet her and have appointments, then this book is an amazing source of information gathered from tons of first-hand experience.
The content is divided into 4 parts:
*Feeling fit and well in pregnancy.
*How to heal from birth.
* Problem-solving for not normal postnatal symptoms.
*Stronger mother or how to return and start exercising postnatally.
The exercises and moves she recommends are simple, even though I am not pregnant, I have already tried some of them, and I will incorporate them into my workouts.
I personally think if you’re expecting, this is book is a GREAT INVESTMENT INTO YOUR OWN HEALTH.
To avoid the avoidable before it’s too late.
One more way to ensure and make your early motherhood experience safe and beautiful.
